Pablo Merida is a master Italian chef with more than 13 years’ experience cooking fine dining Italian food. He started his career at Spumoni, then Tutto Bene and Villetta and is now the Chef of the Acasa Truck kitchen, his idea of new flavors mixed with some Italia classic seasoning came up with Acasa favorite dishes. Pablo has brought a discipline to selecting quality ingredients and inventory so that we always serve the freshest fare.
